Great listen I'd recommend this to anyone curious to learn about fasting benefits. Fasting changed my life! My hair grew back, my ear wax problem lessened, my skin cleared up, but it's not for everyone. For me when working here in the summer vacuuming car upholstery all day fasting actually gave me more energy than having a large breakfast. I just brought a protein shake for lunch and had a big dinner after and now wishing I had the discipline to do that more often.
